Love the smell and feel of it , left my hands feeling smooth. Only downfall is doesn’t go very far needs to be a bigger packet .
Didn't expect this new formulation to be a powder and was really pleased that it was. So much easier to make up with no stubborn lumps. Smells really lovely and leaves hands feeling soft. Would buy again.

It can take a bit of patience to get the concentrate to completely dissolve, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Otherwise, I love this stuff. It smells fresh without being too perfumy, and it lathers and rinses well. It doesn't dry out my hands, which is very helpful for a desert dweller like me.
