Yes — starting July 23, 2025, loyalty points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earning or redeeming points). Each time you place an order, the 12-month countdown resets. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you via email 30 days, 14 days, and 48 hours before your points are due to expire!

You need to be an Ethique rewards member before you take the quiz and at the end of the quiz have the answers sent to you via email.  

There is a prompt at the beginning of the quiz reminding you to sign up if you don’t already have an account and there is a prompt at the end of the quiz to select “Yes, send me my results” to receive your 200 points. 

Your points will then be sent to your rewards account, please note that this may take a few minutes.

You can earn 200 points for writing a text review on one product per order — and an additional 50 bonus points if your review includes a photo or video of the product.

Points can only be earned once per product, regardless of how many times you purchase it. Any additional reviews on the same order or for products you’ve already reviewed won’t earn extra points.

In order to earn points from you reviews you will have to follow the link in the review request email sent 2 weeks after your package is received.

You can donate in the following tiers: 

• 500 points = 5 plastic bottles worth of plastic 
• 1000 points = 10 plastic bottles worth of plastic 
• 1500 points = 15 plastic bottles worth of plastic 
• 2000 points = 20 plastic bottles worth of plastic 

Head to your Rewards page, scroll down to the “Donate to CleanHub,” section and select the number of points you'd like to give. It’s quick, easy, and impactful.

Your selected points will be removed from your balance and go directly toward funding plastic cleanup through CleanHub.

Yes! Once you donate, you’ll see a confirmation in your Rewards activity log.

There’s no limit! You can donate as often as you’d like, as long as you have enough points.
