How much is shipping? 

• Nationwide urban tracked courier: $8.00 NZD 
• Nationwide rural tracked courier: $14.00 NZD
• Orders over $50 NZD (excluding gift vouchers): free shipping!

Where do you ship from? 

Orders placed on ethique.co.nz are shipped from our Auckland-based warehouse.  

How long does it take an order to be processed? 

Our processing time is 2 business days, however during busy promotional periods this can take longer. Our warehouse team takes a break from picking & packing orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 9am Friday may not start processing until the following Monday. 

Which carrier do you use? 

We ship our orders with New Zealand Post. For peace of mind, all our parcels are shipped using the NZ Post photo on delivery service. To learn more about this service please visit the NZ Post website here. 

How long will shipping take? 

Once picked up by NZ Post, parcels will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. Learn more about any NZ Post delays, disruptions and service updates affecting domestic deliveries here. 

How will my order be packaged? 

Orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes with paper tape and paper 'bubble wrap' which you can repurpose or recycle.
