Not as good as the old bars
I agreed with the other reviews that say this is not as good as the old version, I understand and accept why they made the bar smaller and am even ok with the shape change. However, the softer texture means you go though the bar faster regardless of it's size and also it leaves my hair feeling weighed down and needing to be shampooed more regularly which is not idea. I have very fine but coily hair so while this might suit people with thicker hair or a different texture than mine, I will not be re-buying

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. The core formulation of this bar remains consistent, aside from the addition of Fibrehance, so it isn’t a reformulated version of the previous bar.

Older bars naturally become firmer over time as their moisture content reduces. Newly manufactured bars are simply fresher, which can make them feel softer at first. A softer bar can release more product per swipe compared to a well-aged one, which may affect how quickly it’s used and how it feels in the hair.

As the bar is used and allowed to dry fully between washes, it will gradually firm up. Good drainage and airflow help with this, particularly in more humid or steamy bathrooms.

Great Conditioner!
Makes my hair feel soft and moisturized, and my waves were looking good. The smell is a little interesting, but not bad. Love the sustainable packaging!

A gorgeous product
What a gorgeous product for my wavy hair (which is on its way to being curly). This adds extra moisture that stays locked in and encourages the curl.

Helps curly hair
This shampoo bar has helped to bring more of my curls out. It would be better if it was self contained so it wasn't hard to use when it is smaller. I bought the bags so we'll see if that helps. 4 stars because I had to buy the bags.
