Volumising Shampoo Bar for Fine, Flat Hair: Sweet & Spicy™

I was worried I would struggle to work this product into a lather in a bar form. It is easy to get enough product and easy to lather into hair.

I have a lot of hair so it looks thick but the strands are very fine and the top is easily weighed down by how long my hair is too. This shampoo definitely added some bounce to my roots and my hair was less flat than normal for 2 days post-wash.

My scalp did feel a little irritated the first time I used it (I normally use the Bar Minimum shampoo though so maybe that’s why?) but has adjusted fine to it now.

Switching to this shampoo bar was the best thing I have ever done for my hair! From limp and falling out, it's now soft and full of waves, as well as beautifully healthy looking. Never going back to other shampoos after this!

I've sold luxury shampoo before and this bar held it's own against my expectations of what a volumising shampoo could do!

I have waist length hair with an oily scalp so it's always a balance of finding a shampoo that will help me manage my oil but not dry out the rest of my hair. The answer: this shampoo bar!!

It's cleansing just enough to keep my oil at bay but not too much that it increases my oil production or dries out my ends. It's my *chefs kiss* favorite shampoo.

(Note: I have very hard water)

I don't want to use plastic bottles of hair products but worried that my hair wouldn't have enough body without them. Then I found this great shampoo. Love it!
