So we can look into this further, are you able to please send through a photo of the product, showing the batch number (typically printed in black on the tube) through to our email email@example.com?
For a little bit of context, these gaps between the product and the tube can occur because the products are filled into the tube as hot liquids which shrink as they set. In saying this, the product definitely shouldn't be super loose in the tube, and this sort of thing is usually picked up on quality checks, so I'm sorry about this!
