This bar is amazingly effective. It keeps my itchy dandruff prone scalp at bay and it leaves my hair clean and silky.
I’ve tried solid shampoos before and haven’t found them effective against dandruff and have also found that they leave a soapy residue. I’ve ended up going back to the normal shampoo. No more.
It conditioned my fine-to-medium hair well, with slightly more nourishment than my regular bottle. Definitely opening to buying the full size and trying other conditioner bars
I pair this with Bar Minimum shampoo and have been using both for over a year. This leaves my hair, which is short and heavily styled with lots of product, in great condition. I likely use more swipes than recommended, I like to feel adequate product on my hair. I also massage it in to my scalp, particularly around the hairline where I’m prone to dryness and itching. I leave it on for 2-3 minutes, while I wash, before rinsing. This conditioner bar moisturisers really well and keeps my scalp itch free. Multifunctional, I’ve used it a couple of times as a shaving bar. It seems to work well. Also on my shins sometimes in the winter when my skin gets really dry. It seems to help.
I’m using this instead of curl balm, rubbing it into towel dried hair, works a treat and doesn’t irritate my scalp. So good!
