Instead, a luxurious blend of creamed coconut butter, vegetable glycerine, and kaolin clay removes dirt and light makeup without stripping even the most sensitive skin.

absolutely the best

Absolutely the best. so gentle it doesnt even sting if it happens to get in my eyes. No added fragrance or essential oils os what makes this AMAZING. I am extremely sensitive to ingredints as well as scents, and this and the discontinued cream body cleanser are the only soap products I can use on any part of my body without causing any irritation. Ethique are the best company I have ever dealt with, they actually care about their customers.

Dodgy batch?

I have been using Bliss Bar for years and love it. The lower rating is because this time the bar is grainy so feels like an exfoliator on the face which is NOT what you want from a cleanser you use to remove make up, especially on the eyes.
